What you mean with "neo-con" economic agenda? To my knowledge, neo-cons
don't dwelve much in economics, but rather imperial policy. Neo-Liberals are
the ones preocuppied with economics. That they increasingly find themselves
in agreement over a range of policies cannot be construed as them being the
same. Bill Clinton was as far from neo-con foreign policy as you could get
while still being president, but was a neo-liberal privatizer. On the other
hand, a lot of neo-cons (eg James Woosley) are almost New Dealers in their
economics.
