I'm sorry. I posted the full article because I felt that Machover - an
activist I respect - was raising a legitimate concern about censorship
and blacklisting. His article seems to me - a non-techie - to contain
some evidence of political interference. Perhaps he's being
over-paranoid - an understandable reaction in somebody like him who has
much experience of the type of harrassment Mossad is capable of - but he
does refer to discussions with senior people with his own ISP who seem
to verify his suspicions.

Since I received this article by mail and haven't seen it on the Net I
felt that it weas being dismissed sight unseen based on a rightful
distrust for conspiracy scenarios.

If Les feels on the basis of his superior technical knowledge that the
situation described by Machover is unlikely I am relieved and pleased to
accept his reassurances. However, I do feel that there is a horrible
plausibility about the story that still causes me some worries.
