Declaration of the Second Bolivarian Congress of the Peoples
The Second Bolivarian Congress of the Peoples (CBP) conference was
held Dec 6-9, 2005 in Caracas. The meeting was attend by some of the
most powerful social and political organisations in Latin America -
Bolivarian Circles, Movement Towards Socialism (Bolivia), Cuban
Communist Party, and piquetero unemployed workers organisations from
Argentina amongst others. We thank Links: International Journal of
Socialist Renewal for allowing us to publish on our website what, as
far as we can tell, is the first readily available english translation
