This is very true. As I mentioned previously, Benedict XV was also a deep
"reformer", including the establishment of Code of Canon Law, which didn't
exist before.
Seeing thigs as they are, this guy is even capable of calling for a Vatican
III. He is much more into internal stuff than external stuff.
As to RR's protestation on the pope, he should remember that 15% or so of
the world's population follows the guy with more or less agreement. To
discuss him is to discuss the deep political consequences his regime might
or might not have, and hence very relevant.
