Re: [Marxism] Summers exonerates Harvard's Lawrence Tribe on plagiarism charge- Crimson 04-15-05

I take it that this means that Harvard will not, anytime soon,
be looking into Norman FInkelstein and Alex Cockburns'
allegations that Alan Dershowitz had committed
plagiarism in the writing of his book, *The Case for Israel*, where it
seems that Dershowitz lifted wholesale, numerous footnotes
without proper attribution, verbatim,
from Joan Peters' book, *From Time Immemorial*. How
convenient for Harvard, including Summers, Tribe, Ogletree,
and Dershowitz!
