[Marxism] Re: Low voter turnout ... and proportional voting

This article is on the U.K. and the U.S., both of which have "first
across the line" elections. This electoral process, combined with safe
districts and gerrymandering contribute heavily to voter apathy.
It would be interesting to see a comparison between the U.K. and U.S.
systems and those states that use proportional voting.
