It might illuminate this case's chances in the Supreme Court to note that
all three Ninth Circuit judges who decided this case were Clinton
appointees.
I knew this, a liberal lawyer friend of mine told me as much, actually she
described the ninth as "the most liberal circuit".
She also says that we shouldn't worry about this case too much, because it
is about "imprimatur" rights not about speech and it didn't extend existing
jurisprudence on such matters.
I still worry, but not that much. You see, it appears not to be part of the
Vast Right-Wing Conspiracy, but bizniz as usual.
But I re-state my question, will she appeal?
