I don't remember. I may or may not have buried in the basement the
magazine in which I read it. I think it was an issue of the magazine put
out by the U.S.-China Friendship Society (exact name?), the title of
which I don't remember now. Someone with a large university library
might browse through the issues of that magazine during the two years
after Nixon's visit and find the article.
I remember bits and pieces of stuff I read in the early '70s, but seldom
with exact citations or full detail.
