   No, keep that in perspective with the selfconfidence of the working  
people and the demoralization caused by the Stalinist terror, the  
demoralizing defeats cause by sectarianism, burocratic ultimatism and  
conscious counterrevolutionary activity.

   The victory of fascism in Germany and in Spain have opened the door  
to the continuation of the interimperialist war with tens of millions  
of deaths. _That_ is the real legacy of the burocracy's rule.
