But interestingly enough, the parts of the USA that express a rabid
political religiosity are indeed "underdeveloped, rural, agricultural".
But I don't agree with such determinism. The USA is religious because
religion is another commodity in the country were the art of everything as a
commodity has been perfected. It is entriely different from the Irish or
latin american experiece with the feudal Catholic Church.
