I used Bell Express VU (it's like digital). BEV has as buit in TV guide
that lists a weekly schedule for each channel and the listing that showed up 
for Finkelstein was CBC News Sunday.
 The channel I saw him on was CBC Toronto.

It will be  showing again on CBC Central pretty soon (i.e. I imagine at about 
1:45
eastern time).

Again, if you have regular cable, it may have already aired in your area. But I
imagine BC would be last to see it.

 I'd be happy to tape the skit for you and send you out a copy. I think it was 
pretty
short  (I only saw the ending so I'm not sure) but I'm sure it was worthwhile.
