[Marxism] Bolivia


They have a very simple and effective way of blocking traffic in Bolivia,
putting large stones on the roads. They also do this in Peru. I remember
driving past San Marcos University in 1985, and the students had blocked
many of the roads near the university with stones. Robert Jackson
