Maybe not even Marxism can stand unharmed the fact of becoming an
"official" ideology. Perhaps we shall have to wait for some
centuries before it becomes as "common sense" as, for example,
realism and empyricist materialism is in the Anglo Saxon world, or
Cartesian rationalism in France.

Who knows, while it remains some kind of "civics" it will have to be
the worst regarded area in academia. Not surprising, for a Marxist:
even if Marxism were taught in its fullness, not in schematic
booklets, etc., the Academia is, by definition, a privileged sector
in a transitional society towards socialism.

So that this that Zivko comments may be the fate of Marxism in the
Academia for a long time, at least while state coertion is necessary
to impose the rule of the majorities over the minorities.

I am really very interested in this "Marxism in the Eastern Academia"
issue.
