I for the most part agree with your elitist worded but in essence correct
call to calmness, so in that spirit, I ask you to further elaborate on this
"banale platitude" on Stalin's "Dialectical and Historical Materialism",
taking into account that it was it part ghostwritten by a left oppositionist
by the name of Bujarin (you have heard of him I suppose?) and that this text
has probably done more to win millions upon untold millions to marxism,
however you see your particular brand of it, than everything written by
Marx, Engels, Lenin, Trotsky and Mao PUT TOGETHER.

Progress and CPC's FLP editions of that pamphlet are a standard feature of
everyone except the most hardcore trotskyite sect the world over. Even LatAm
trots study it and critically use it as a guide.

So to repeat my question, why you consider what we jokingly call "Diabolical
and Histerical Materialism"  a "banale platitude"?
