I honestly have no idea how these statements are "left bashing."

More than this, though, this kind of "look-how-ignorant-I-am" class
clown grandstanding is common among big time media figure.  Look at
Dennis Miller, Bill Maher and other humorists/entertainers.  If it
pisses you off, ignore it.  What do you expect, analysis?

To be completely frank, imho, a lot of the overgeneralizations about
Michael Moore and other matters on this list can fringe on the same kind
of cultural silliness.
