Michael Bellesiles suffered a similar fate. There are limits to what you
can say in
academia, yet a creationist or someone who denies global warming can be
safe.
Also Norman Finkelstein, who lost his job at Hunter College after being
hounded by Zionist organisations who disliked his scrupulously researched
work on Israel and the Holocaust Industry. While Arthur Butz, a genuine
Holocaust revisionist, remains in place (I think) at Northwestern
University. Very telling about the Anti-Defamation League's priorities.
