Re: [Marxism] Democrat Senator Calls For More Troops In Iraq
It seems to me this is a bad argument to get involved in. The fact is that
anyone who agrees with the statement "'we' have to 'win' in Iraq," and as
far as I know this includes EVERY member of Congress including even the
small number who were opposed to the invasion in the first place, is on the
wrong side. Arguments over whether that commonly agreed-upon goal can be
achieved with the current level of troops, a higher level, or even a lower
level with mercenary replacements from other countries, are mere tactical
disagreements among the ruling class in which there isn't the slightest
benefit for our side.
