I find it unfortunate that the myths about Trotsky being antipeasant are not
only being regurgitated but extended to Lenin (and of course Preobrazhensky).
A two-minute search finds concrete proposals -- based on economic reality --
for ensuring poor peasants profits on their farms while giving them an economic
interest in the revival and extension of industry (and thus closer ties to the
proletariat).
Much more could be found with a more extensive search.
