Wel, there's the classic biography by Paul Frölich, "Rosa Luxemburg,
Gedanke und Tat", which is available from Karl Dietz Verlag, Berlin
(http://www.dietzverlag.de/) - for copyright reasons this is the 1949
2nd edition and not the 1973 revised 3rd edition, which is the basis for
the current Pluto translation. At the moment it appears to be out of
print, but you should be able to get it from a second-hand bookdealer.

Others in German include:
Peter Nettl, Rosa Luxemburg (in both 2 volumes and and abridged 1 volume
version - just as in English)
Fred Oelssner, Rosa Luxemburg: Eine kritische biographische Skizze
(published in the GDR in teh 1950s)
Harry Wilde, Ich war, ich bin, ich werde sein (I haven't read it)
Ernest Mandel & Karl Radek, Rosa Luxemburg: Leben - Kampf - Tod
