Yes,

I've made it my life's mission to attain as many credit and store cards as
possible, run them up to to the max and then not pay them. In the UK I've used a
mortgage to obtain loans and interest free credit, which I've subsequently
bumped, and in the US I've done likewise.

Credit cards which are over the limit are great to use on long-haul flights;
as they aren't in a position to run the card through a computer you can really
go mad with the duty-free catalogue. Also, in the UK, you can use such cards
to travel first class, so long as you purchase your ticket on the train.

Finally, a word to the wise, always make sure the card is in your own name.
Use a bogus name and it's fraud. Your own name it's bad debt and therefore a
civil matter. I have no problem with either, but it's better when the system
doesn't know it's being screwed.

One of these days I shall share my experiences working in Europe setting up
bogus textile companies before bankrupting them. Not now though. Now I'm off to
Beverly Hills to do some shoplifting.
