I did a considerable google search for Heine translations on line, and
the ones I found (which did not include ones asked for here) were so bad
that I suspect no good writers have tried translating Heine.

You could log in to Amazon and see what books by Heine in English are in
print? Perhaps one of them would have the poem you want.
