more omnipresent than an army and police, even if the latter are
revolutionary in sentiment, and can be much more effective in

Yes, perhaps this is the divide between "bourgeois" and "socialist"
revolutions in L.A. Armed and organized populations in defense of

Guns, "ultima ratio regum" was the French King's motto.
Maybe we should think of guns as "ultima ratio populorum" or "ultima
ratio proletariorum".
One of the reasons why Peron fell in 1955 was that he was reluctant
to accept the constitution of armed militiae of the workers after the
events of June.
