NAMING NAMES [CIA}  Part One of Three

Bush Administration Refusal to Name the CIA names responsible for 9-11,
Greatly Increases our Vulnerability to Nuclear Terror. History repeats
itself.

exclusion of the Drug Enforcement Administration from our national
anti-terror efforts, and what this portends.  This part of the

Guest expert:   Dennis Dayle, 27 years experience with International
Covert Operations, much of it in the Middle East for DEA in the first of
a three part interview.  Mr., Dayle was the first international covert
operative to link international terror with drug trafficking during his
service in the Middle East.  He was also the subject of "New York Times"
bestseller "THE UNDERGROUND EMPIRE."  Mr. Dayle was one of four Federal
agents appearing on WBAI radio in November, 1997, whose prediction of
the WTC terror act, to occur four years later, was --sadly and

Accountability and the Coming Nuclear Terror


     Every expert in Human Intelligence and Covert Operations appearing
on the Expert Witness Show, which includes Senator Bob Graham as well as
retired CIA, FBI and DEA agree that one of the principal reasons that
9-11 occurred is that, for the decades preceding 9-11, there was no CIA
or FBI accountability either in the media and/or before congress,  for
their ineptitude and corruption; much of said corruption relating to
efforts at covering up the ineptitude. In, fact,  November, 1997, as
Expert Witness show listeners know, a panel of four federal agents with
more than 100 years experience in CIA, DEA, FBI, BATF and Customs were
able to precisely predict, not only the 9-11 terror act but nuclear
terror acts to follow as well the loss of our Constitutional liberties.

     The first and primary defect in our counter-terror systems, that
all of us agreed to during this historic 1997 series of radio shows,
was the decades long history of FBI and CIA supervisory officers and top
officials,  not being held personally accountable for their massive
ineptitude and amateurish bumbling failures and, yes, their crimes. 
     As opposed to much coverage of these issues we were able to cite
documented facts that we had either personally witnessed and/or could
personally attest to from our positions as insiders,  of  the dangerous
ineptitude and criminality that prevailed in FBI and CIA that would
undoubtedly lead to a dark age of terror.  We buttressed our experiences
by citing numerous congressional hearings, that clearly indicated that
specific CIA and FBI officers and officials, should have been removed
immediately from their positions of responsibility and systemic changes
immediately instituted,  or that the American people would pay the
price.  We also cited the ease with which we, as insiders, could
manipulate mainstream media to cover-up failure and criminality--a theme
that continues on the Expert Witness show to this day.  Mr. Dayle and
Ralph McGeehee, [25 years with CIA]  in particular, pointed out, with
graphic and personal examples,  that the manipulation of congress and
the media was nothing new for CIA and FBI, that it was a case of
"history repeating itself."



HISTORY CONTINUES TO REPEAT ITSELF.


     Sadly 9-11 happened four years later, almost precisely as we
predicted.  In fact, in one broadcast "THE PREDICTION" aired on 9/4/01,
during an interview with White House Security Advisor, Dr. Rick Nuccio,
Kristina Borjesson, near the end of the show, Kristina Borjesson blurted
out the now prophetic statement:  "We shouldn't be surprised when the
World Trade Center blows up."  {again, listen to it yourself, it is on

       Also, as we predicted, the changes in law eroding what once was
American freedom, are now happening at a breathless and frighteningly
irrevocable pace.  The other part of our prediction-acts of nuclear
terror that will plunge us into a darkness from which we may never
emerge-is still on the horizon.  And we DO NOT want to be right again.  
     That is why I continue doing this show. 
     That is why it is important that everyone listen to our the
three-part series of interviews beginning with this one, and spread the
word.


     INCREASED VULNERABILITY TO NUCLEAR TERROR


     In the book IMPERIAL HUBRIS, by a currently serving CIA officer,
the unequivocal statement is made that "the worst mistake our leaders
made was that the heads responsible for 9-11 did not roll." It was a
pleas from the inside of CIA itself for our leaders to stop history from
repeating itself.    The CIA itself, much to their credit at long last
understanding the vital need for playing the so-called blame game, has
also issued a report naming those names--yet the Bush Administration and
its new CIA Director, Porter Goss, are refusing to make them public.  
     Some of those names, as listeners to this week's show will learn,
are still out there in occupying extremely vital spots in our national
defense against terror, and, astoundingly, still displaying their
barroom commando ineptitude, yet the U.S.congress and mainstream media
keep looking the other way.

     It is significant to note that after his appearance on our show,
Senator Graham himself began to publicly demand that names be named.
So, maybe the show does work...at least a little bit.
