[Marxism] Re:split in worker-communist party
Hi,
Worker-communism will never compromise with the any pole of the bourgeoisie,
at the international and local level.
Actually, the split in the Worker-Communist party of Iraq is resulted from
the right split leaded by Kuroosh Modaresi in the Worker-Communist Party of
Iran. Kuroosh Modaresi and his supporters founded a new party,
Worker-Communist Party of Iran-Hekmatist, which gives up the revolution Iran
and aims to gain power through some diplomacy, alliance with the bourgeoisie
and even with the factions of Islamic opposition.
The current leadership of WCPIraq also supported this right-wing faction and
called the Iranian people to join the Hekmatists.
As a result, a split by the woker-communists in Iraq who are representing
the left, ideas of Mansoor Hekmat and socialist revolution became a must and
The Left Worker-Communist Party of Iraq has founded.
Issam Shukri is the main figure in the Left WCPIraq but as far as I know,
the conference of party has not yet convened, so there is not a leader of
the party.
You can get informed about the split in the worker-communist movement from
the website of WPIran and also from LWPI.

While some of you hope that we are going to compromise with Islamic and
nationalist bourgeiosie "resistance" in Iraq in contrast the WCPiraq,
actually one of the reasons of our split is that the current leadership of
WPIraq may compromise with some factions of Islamic and nationalist
opposition.
So, worker-communists organized in the Left WCPIraq never give up defending
humanity and socialism and actively struggle against both occupation and
anti-working class. anti-human, Islamic and nationalist "resistance".
