[Marxism] Nader adding to the confusion
There was always ambiguity in Nader's rhetoric, but the post-election
ambiguity has shifted to the right. What may work as peripheral
rhetoric in a debate has no place in thinking through the next step.
This netherworld of Nader's Democratic Party is the same as the old
realignment crowd, which was itself an illogical fraud.
This is not the kind of message to build on. It adds to the confusion.
_______
Ralph Nader urged the Democrats to “become as tough an opposition party
as the forthcoming Republican efforts to crush them and stand up for
peace and justice at home and abroad.”
