Lou's right, of course. A bunch of white leftists sitting around
talking about the mistakes/failures/etc. of the BPP sits no better with
me than Jewish pactifists who whine "if the Palestinians would ONLY
give up suicide bombing..."
I do think, however, there are lessons we can learn. As with any
Marxist liberation movement, there are triumphs, mistakes, and stories
from the BPP's relatively short history we can use in our own work.
