With all due respect, Bush may be intellectually lazier, but he's
demonstrated himself to be much smarter, in a sense, than John Kerry.
As much as he and his crew have been repeatedly caught lying, it's
amazing that they've retained influence with anyone.  It takes a real
cluster of blockheads not to be beating the hell out of Bush in the
polls.

As to what's best for us...Bush has stipped away many of the illusions
about his adminsitration.  Reelecting Bush will mean the much more rapid
development of a movement after November.

A mass movement will be slower somewhat if Kerry gets in, because people
will want to see what he can do.  However, the people in general and the
working class in particular are going to have to experience a complete
dissillusionment in the Demcoratic Party.  Four more years of Bush won't
do that.  The sooner the Democrats have their shot at showing their
colors more clearly, the stronger the movement will be when it gets
going....
