They refute themselves. It is as I pointed out a classic example of
yellow journalism of the sort that characters like Rupert Murdoch and
Silvio Berlusconi purvey. I am not even sure that you understand how
compromised the Russian media is. It is on average the sleaziest, the
most disreputable and the most degraded media in the world. And those
newspapers and television stations that make an effort to report things
truthfully get hounded by the Russian government, which is becoming ever
more dictatorial. We should never forget that Yeltsin came to power
through the same kind of coup that overthrew Milosevic. A combination of
Russian tanks and Western imperialist encouragement destroyed
parliamentary democracy and allowed gangster capitalism to run rampant.
And now today you are crossposting the raw sewage of the Putinite press
to a Marxism list. Shame on you.
