I think the single most interesting thing about the debate was that the word
"Palestine" was not mentioned once, and the only mentions of Israel (by both
Kerry and Bush if I'm not mistaken) were in conjunction with how the war in
Iraq was going to make Israel more secure. Cuba wasn't mentioned either, so
let's all breath a minor sigh of relief about that.
