[Marxism] Moderator's note

As it happens Carl Webb is Black, I've seen him, and that doesn't
contradict that he's Afro-Cuban, either. He grew up in the US, was in
the US army, etc. If any one cared to read his introduction he posted
here, and clicked on to his web site, you'd see this to be true. His
whole biography is posted there.
