I agree with Phil, here.

Moreover it seems to me that we will be faced with a new wave
of propaganda about the Islamic extremists and their
treatment of women etc, especially in Fallujah in the months
before it is flattened by the USA.  We have to do our best to
counter that propaganda.

We have the advantage that the resistance will continue.  But
the political nature of the resistance means that it is easy
to isolate from support in the West.  For instance the
thought of living in a world dominated by the Sadrists is not
exactly an alluring one.

But none of that should detract us from the task of opposing,
in our own countries, imperialism which is even less alluring.
