Well, the current "Prime Minister" was appointed, yet had enough
international legitimacy to be able to address the latest session of the UN
General Assembly. No, what this is all about is maintaining the fiction that
"progress is being made" and "elections are on track" just through the U.S.
election; after that they'll admit (they=Bush or Kerry) that "unexpected
resistance" has forced them to postpone the elections.
