No, Michael, there is a consensus among the capitalist class as it now
exists about what sort of structure and function they want. There may
not have been a century ago, but they've locked themselves into place
pretty much. I'm not aware of any serious discussion among capitalists
about dissolving the corporate structure and establishing some kind of
"fair" capitalism.

Your calling Nader a "progressive bourgeois politician," I repeat
smudges questions of ideology into sociology. Using this term in 2004
smacks of stage-ist assumptions that there is such a thing as a
"progressive bourgeois," which I doubt. Saying that such a
"progressive" platform is also "reactionary" confuses me even further.
