Re: [Marxism] Camejo to speak at CCNY

Lou, you make some good points but how does this apply to a marxist
endorsing a progressive bourgeois canadate? The Lenin quote you cited
doesn't show Lenin endorsing a progressive bourgeois canadate. I don't
oppose Nader and Camejo's right to participate in the election but I
ask as marxists what is our justification for supporting/endorsing a
Nader and Camejo ticket? It's important to reveal all the dirty tricks
that the Democrats are using to hinder Nader from running in certain
states, it's important to emphasize/defend Naders right to run a
presidential campaign, but endorse it? No. Lou you stated: "Foreign
and domestic policy are basically decided in advance by closed
circles dominated by investment banks, oil companies,
telecommunications, etc. who dole out money without prejudice to the
donkey and the elephant."

So are we fighting for the progressive capitalists right to a fair
share of this corporate money? Are we fighting to let Nader/Camejo
into this closed circle and expect them to continue their
bleeding-heart rhetoric after filling their coffers? Lou, I usually
respect and agree with what you have to say but in this case I don't
remain convinced in the logic of your argument.

Woe be unto him who tries to isolate one department of knowledge from

physics, math and philosophy--subjects which seem the most remote from
one another--are in reality connected, or rather they all form a
single system.
