It's a terrific text I which the Cuban leadership
really takes the gloves off about Washington's
rape of the United Nation. Cuba has long fought
for the reform of the UN. That call isn't part of
this substantially grimmer assessment...

The absence of the Soviet Union from the world
stage has allowed Washington to escalate its
unilateralism with precious little opposition
beyond the diplomatic level, as Perez Roque
details in this brief and succinct analysis.
