Similar wave is being unleashed in Africa. That is, privatisation in the former
socialist countries should also be seen within the context of class formation
for the success and survival of the "market system" in those countries, where
the "middle class" is urgently needed to champion the cause of capitalism.
Hence, the momentum with which it is always enforeced.
