a) Yes they are.

b) And keep an eye on William Izarra.  Because they are going for the 
inside problems (carreerism, old-fashioned politicians, etc.) within 
the Bolivarian Revolution.  Izarra was a Lieutenant in Chavez's 
uprising of 1992, and is the man who led the breathtakingly effective 
charge of the recall vote from the Maisanta Command.

c) Keep also your feelers on the Colombia-Venezuela border.
