Yes, absolutely....he's gained nothing he didn't already have.  Antiwar
voters leaning to Nader can't trust his flop after his previous flip,
and the Kerry campaign's reenactment of Tammany Hall on the ballot
questions for Nader have left many of his otherwise potential voters
angrier with him than with the president.

The Republicans, who've been saying that Kerry is a flip-flopper and
that he's partly secretly opposed to the war, will claim vindication.

Strangely enough, the Democrats have managed to take a majoritarian
anti-administration position in such a way as to lose support.  And I
think they've managed to come out against the war in such a way as to
later be able to claim that the position cost them votes.
