Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez's New York City visit to address the United
Nations General Assembly and supporters of the Veneazuelan peoples' struggle at
an event in Harlem, has been cancelled. Venezuelan officials have announced
that this cancellation was due to security concerns. For more information
