Re: [Marxism] no mixed feeling about Jesse Jackson
One of the few posts on Marxism with which I totally disagree, especially the
last part. One struggles against religious superstition and bigotry for
exactly the same reason one abhores and struggles against racism or homophobia.
To wait for "socialism" to render religious prejudice superfluous means a
failure to recognize a powerful and poisonous weapon in the hands of the
bourgeoisie.
