[Marxism] Socialist History: What's New Sept 13 2004
(I hate seeing messages with no subject line, so imagine how I feel
when I realized that I had sent one a minute ago. Apologies to all.)
New additions to the Socialist History Project website, September 13,
2004:
** The LSA/LSO and YS/LJS Briefs to the Royal Commission on the Status
of Women in 1968. These were among the first Canadian statements of
what subsequently became known as the women?s liberation movement.
** A tribute to Malcolm Bruce, a founder and central leader of the
Communist Party who joined the Trotskyist movement after World War II
and helped found the League for Socialist Action.
** The Prefaces to the First and Second Editions of Canadian
Bolsheviks. (The second edition will be published this fall: watch for
details!)
The easiest way to find the new articles is to go to
www.socialisthistory.com and click on What's New.
