That's 100% true. It's possible that labour laws has changed since
then. Yet I doubt it. I say this since the Liberals government of
Quebec, the ruling part for the last last little while, seem pretty neo-
liberal which makes me think that nothing would have changed
much in term of improiving labour laws while they've been in office.
