Virtually every socialist organization I have ever come in contact with has
its offices in the heart of working-class or oppressed communities; for
example, in San Francisco, they tend to be found in the Mission district.
"Nowhere on any flyer advertising demos against the war have I ever seen
anything about the war waged against the poor at home."
You have GOT to be kidding. Such slogans are the MAINSTAY of flyers I've
seen. I suppose you've never heard anyone chanting "Money for jobs, not for
war!" either.
