Yes. Exactly. Only silly sectarians can avoid to see that this is a
possible effect. And understand the unexpected consequences. This is
an almost textbook example of "negation of negation".

After 1989, the Western Powers (USA first and foremost) have
struggled to abrogate sovereignty the Third World over. This is
beginning to generate a counter-current, of "negation of the
abrogation", even among those who were supposed to be the heralds and
constructors of the abrogation.
