RE: [Marxism] (Spa) [redial_s_bolivar] LA MALDICIÓNDE MALINCHE (a poem)

Esta canción es una de mis favoritas. Existen varias versiones grabadas,
la que más me gusta es la del album del festival de la Nueva Canción
realizado en Nicaragua que se llama "Abril en Managua." 

Creo que lo más notable de la obra es su actitud política implícita: la
continuidad entre los conquistadores de ayer y los neoliberales de hoy;
y que sólo aceptando que en realidad todos somos indios lograremos los
latinoamericanos la unidad que necesitamos para liberarnos.

This is one of my favorite songs; the recorded version I like best is
from the recording of the New Song festival in Nicaragua in 1983 or 1984
called "April in Managua."

The thing to highlight is the implicit political stance: the continuity
is between the Spanish conquerors of those times and the neoliberals of
today; and only by accepting that in reality we are all Indians will we
Latin Americans achieve the unity needed to win out liberation.
