Although I have read a few accounts of the Green Party convention, it is not
clear to me what the basis was for voting at the convention and within each
state. Here are a few questions. Most apply to the state selection of
delegates.
Was there a common rule for every state?
Was it based on the population of each state?
Was there a winner-take-all rule or did each candidate or program get a
percentage of the delegates?
Was it based on the percentage of votes that the GP received in each state?
Was it based, in any way, on the Electoral College?
How long a period was there for campaigning?
Within each state, was the vote for individuals only or were there any
programmatic measures?
