Re: [Marxism] Russian CP in disarray

Isn't the Russian Communist Party suffering in part because
Putin has stolen much of their thunder? In the last elections,
the Communists ran on a platform that emphasized cracking
down on the oligarchs. Since then, Putin has made some
highly publicized moves against at least a couple of oligarchs
who had crossed him. His government has also talked of
renationalizing certain key industries like energy. I am not
sure that are any great programmatic differences between
Putin and the Communists.
