Perot has had nothing to do with the Reform Party for some time.  His
independent bid drew into the Reform Party a lot of people just fed up
with the two-party system and wanting something more than Russ'
one-shot-johnny campaign.  When he got bored with it, he made a chart
and sent them home.

Those who decided not to go and hung around are what constitutes this
current Reform Party.
