Right. Though what really matters is not the "Hoxhaite" background of
"Bandera Roja"
(Wait a minute. Have you ever thought about what can actually be
doing a "Hoxhaite" tendency in Caracas? What credibility would you
assign to some "Bolivarian" militia acting in Tirana --or London for
that matter?)
What matters is that they have always been the "ultra left" part of
what D. Walters calls the bourgeois opposition. And I say "what D.
Walters calls", because what one should speak about is the "party of
oil" (of imperialist-owned oil) in Venezuela, as against the "party
of the Venezuelan people".
As to the groups who "support the masses but criticize the
leadership...", this is a twisted way to say that they are against
that leadership. This leadership has been _chosen_ by the masses,
and this choice is their _most important choice_ in decades. It is as
if you "supported the Russian masses in 1917 but criticized the
Bolshevik leadership".
Of course, and please don't try to tell me this, Chávez is no
Bolshevik.
I would add: God almighty forbid. He is just (just??????) a popular
and revolutionary patriot in a country that has been targeted by
imperialism as a prospective colony because it has too much oil to be
spared that destiny.
