[Marxism] Grant's group.

Grant's group.

I found them quite interesting (knew them through Marxmail), and
tried to contact them. Since they began their correspondence by
trying to teach me what it was that I think about the military regime
in Argentina, particularly on Galtieri, I silently left the
classroom. But maybe there is something good with them. I found both
their positions on Argentina-Malvinas and Venezuela (formally, at
least, that is until it comes to real politics on the spot) good.

Don't expect Venezuelans to flow into Trotskyist ranks after Chávez
praises them. What will happen is, simply, that Venezuelans will keep
supporting Chávez and his strongest supporting structure (that is,
the V. Armed Forces) while keeping a warm look on these Trotskyists.

OTOH, a mention on Chávez's "Aló Presidente" does not mean _that_
much. There are some types on that TV show (some, like Fernando
Bossi, I know personally) whose only political role can be (and
certainly is) that of a jester for the King. Chávez has a very deep
sense of humor...
